The Tripyramids are the prime example of the sneaky intense Southern Region of the White Mountains. The Sandwich Range is not home to the tallest of the Whites, but they are no shrugs either.

From the Pine Bend Brook parking area take the Pine Bend Brook Trail 3.2 mi.

Stay to the Left (East) when you get to the Scaur Ridge Trail

Continue 0.8 mi. to the North summit of the Tripyramid Ridge

Continue another 0.8 mi. to the summit of Middle Tripyramid

The Sandwich Range is a very cool section of the Whites with many crisscrossing trails. It may be well worth it to add some peaks to your trip and get creative with your itinerary.
